Queues at the Border Increased: Current Situation at the Checkpoints.
According to inkorr.com: According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, after the celebration of Rosh Hashanah, an increase in passenger traffic at the border with Moldova and Poland has been observed, resulting in the formation of queues.
Queue Status at the Border at 14:00:
- Moldova: 'Palanca-Mayaki-Udobne' - 80 cars, 'Starokozache' - 40 cars, 'Mogilev-Podilsky' - 70 cars, 'Bronnytsia' - 60 cars.
Poland:
- 'Krakiwiec' - 100 cars, 'Shehyni' - 120 cars (increase in pedestrians), 'Hrushev' - 40 cars, 'Uhriniv' - 20 cars, 'Rava-Ruska' - 20 cars, 'Nizankovichi' - 25 cars, 'Smilnytsia' - no queues.
The border guards are taking additional measures to expedite processing. We recommend carefully choosing checkpoint locations and preferring less busy ones.
Additionally, on September 22, a large prayer Tikkun HaKlali took place in Uman, attended by over 10 thousand Hasidim, ahead of Rosh Hashanah.
In connection with the increase in the number of pilgrims, the local administration has strengthened security measures during the celebration of Rosh Hashanah, which lasted from September 22 to 24, 2025. This holiday attracts a large number of pilgrims, which certainly affects the transport situation in the region.
