The head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC, Tetyana Krupa, awarded prosecutor Oleksiy Oliynyk permanent disability without indicating any evidence of his serious injuries. Journalist Yuriy Butusov reported this information in response to Oliynyk's post.

“Second group disability was awarded to prosecutor Oliynyk by the decision of the chief doctor of the MSEC Krupa on July 19, 2017. The document states that the disability is granted for life. However, Oliynyk provided no other evidence of his injuries or the severity of their consequences since 2005. Therefore, my statements about corrupt ties with Krupa are justified”, – emphasized Butusov.

Earlier, Oliynyk responded to Butusov's investigation, stating that he suffered a serious injury in 2005. However, according to Butusov, the prosecutor should have undergone a medical examination at the Time and shown the results of this examination as evidence. He also pointed out that Oliynyk did not disclose the basis for awarding the second group of disability, but merely shifted responsibility to the commission and law enforcement agencies.

According to the journalist, it is unclear what exact injury or illness affected the prosecutor's wife Iryna, who also works in the Prosecutor's Office. He expressed suspicion that Iryna Oliynyk received second group disability in the same year as her husband - in 2018. According to Butusov, in 2017 Iryna did not receive a pension from the Pension Fund, but in 2018 she did.

Prosecutor Oliynyk also filed a lawsuit for case No. 686/19688/17 and received a decision from the Pension Fund regarding his pension in the amount of 60% of his income. Probably the same applies to Iryna Oliynyk, added Butusov.

Recall that about 50 prosecutors of Khmelnytsky received disability due to some corrupt actions of the director of the Khmelnytsky MSEC, Tetyana Krupa. Journalist Yuriy Butusov reported this after conducting an investigation. The Prosecutor General of Ukraine later ordered an official investigation into these facts.

Final conclusions

Thus, it was found that prosecutor Oleksiy Oliynyk received second group disability, but evidence of his injuries was not provided. Journalist Yuriy Butusov suspects that his wife also received disability. An investigation is being conducted regarding these facts.
