According to TSN.ua: On February 21, police in Kyiv's Desnianskyi district intervened to stop a 22-year-old man from attempting suicide following an argument with his girlfriend. The young man had barricaded himself on a seventh-floor balcony, prompting an urgent response from law enforcement.
Officers arriving at the scene, including Sergeant Andrii Nechyporenko and cadets Nikita Dudnyk and Bohdan Levchenko, found the individual in a state of severe emotional distress. They initiated an impromptu counseling session, communicating with him through the balcony doors. After an extended conversation, the police team successfully persuaded the young man to come back inside the apartment.
