Power Stabilization Allows Kyiv to Resume Scheduled Blackouts.
Kyiv's Electricity Supply Situation
According to TSN.ua: DTEK, Ukraine's largest private energy company, has announced that the national power grid has stabilized, allowing the capital city of Kyiv to reinstate scheduled hourly blackouts. These temporary electricity supply schedules went into effect at midnight.
Amidst these improvements, heating has been restored to over 1,500 apartment buildings. However, despite the progress in the energy situation, a number of residential buildings in Kyiv still remain without heat.

Further information is available through the DTEK chatbot, on the company's official website, and via the 'Kyiv Digital' application.
The return to a scheduled blackout regime indicates positive developments in Kyiv's energy infrastructure, which is crucial for the city's basic services. The ongoing heating outages, however, continue to pose a significant challenge to resident comfort, particularly as winter temperatures set in.
