Court Verdict in Pornography Production Case
According to TSN.ua: A court in Kryvyi Rih has convicted a couple for producing pornographic content in their apartment and distributing it via a private Telegram channel. The Pokrovskyi District Court found the pair guilty under Part 3 of Article 301 of Ukraine's Criminal Code. This case highlights the legal risks of operating unlicensed adult content platforms in the country.
Case Details
The operation began in May 2025. The couple produced and distributed 22 videos deemed pornographic through a channel named 'AngelDemonSW'. Each defendant received a three-year prison sentence, but both were released on a one-year probationary period instead of serving immediate jail time.
Additionally, the court banned the pair from working in the photo and video industry for one year. Each was also fined 7,576 hryvnias to cover expert examination costs.
Authorities confiscated the equipment used in the production, which included:

- System unit
- Samsung monitor
- Logi webcam
- Fifini microphone
- Tripods
- Lighting equipment
Seven sex toys, a black face mask, and a leather whip were also seized. The verdict concludes a case that attracted significant public attention in Ukraine, where digital content distribution is under increasing legal scrutiny.
