According to ТСН: During the large-scale attack on Kyiv, fires were reported in high-rise and private houses. As a result of debris falling, cars were damaged.

Fires in the Darnytskyi district

Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that in the Darnytskyi district, debris hit a 24-story building, where a fire broke out on the top floor. It is known that the 24th and technical floors were destroyed, but there are currently no casualties. A fire also broke out in a neighboring building.

As a result of the Russian attack, several private houses in the Darnytskyi district caught fire. According to Klitschko, there is a threat of the fire spreading to a nursing home, from which rescuers evacuated ten people.

Situation in the Dniprovskiy district

In the Dniprovskiy district, a fire broke out in an 18-story building, where search and rescue operations are ongoing, as a person may be trapped under the rubble. Klitschko noted:

“In the Dniprovskiy district, where a drone strike hit an 18-story building, there is a fire on the third floor. A person may be trapped under the rubble on the fifth floor.”

In addition, debris hit a 25-story building in the same district, where a fire broke out on the first and second floors. An impact on a DEPOT was also recorded.

Additional consequences of the attack

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachенко, noted that the consequences of the attack were recorded in seven districts of the capital. Damaged cars, a garage cooperative, and shattered windows were reported.

In the Solomyanskyi district, the Russians struck a dormitory of one of the universities at the 9th floor level. In the Desnyanskyi district, a 9-story building was damaged at the level of the first floor, and a fire broke out on the 10th floor of a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district.

General situation in Kyiv

Recall that last night Russia carried out a massive missile attack on Kyiv. The city was subjected to ballistic and cruise missile attacks. In several districts of the capital, power outages, heating interruptions, and water supply disruptions were noted.

In the morning, around 08:00, explosions were heard again in Kyiv. The Russians attacked the city with missiles, and there was also a threat from drones.
