Mother raped her underage daughter — how the court punished her.

A woman from Kyiv for two years produced and sold child pornography, using her own daughter for this purpose. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

According to the prosecutor's office, the woman filmed videos of the rape of her five-year-old daughter on her phone and sold them on the Internet. Later she met a man to whom, for payment, she allowed sexual violence against her child.

Court decision

The woman was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the corruption of a minor, production and trade in pornography, human trafficking, rape, and sexual violence. Her accomplice was also sentenced to 15 years for human trafficking, rape, and distribution of pornography. Both offenders will have to compensate the girl for moral damages in the amount of 300 thousand hryvnias each.

In addition, both convicted persons were deprived of parental rights, and the child was deprived of legal order.

In Kyiv, the woman produced and sold child pornography, using her daughter as an object of violence. After the publicity of the case, both convicts face long imprisonment, compensation for moral damage to the child, and deprivation of parental rights.
