Detention and Charges
The suspects, an official from a private medical center and the head of a private outpatient clinic, were taken into custody. A court has ordered them to be held in pre-trial detention, with bail set at 3 million hryvnias each. They face charges under Part 4 of Article 368-3 and Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
If found guilty, the suspects could face imprisonment for 3 to 8 years, with the possibility of property confiscation. The investigation is ongoing, with law enforcement working to identify any other individuals who may have been involved in the operation.
