Approximately 11,000 Metinvest employees have joined Ukraine's Defense Forces, with nearly one thousand having already resumed their roles at the company. In recent months alone, over 100 demobilized defenders have rejoined Metinvest, highlighting the firm's efforts to create favorable conditions for veterans transitioning back to civilian life.

Metinvest's broader talent development program has also delivered measurable results. Staff turnover decreased by 2.2% following its launch, while 20% of program participants were involved in strategic projects. Furthermore, 10% of participants received promotions. Metinvest continues to invest heavily in its workforce, having allocated over UAH 28 billion since February 24, 2022. The company has also been recognized as a top employer for veterans and engineering students. Tetiana Petruk, a company representative, stated:
