Two railway workers killed in Dnipropetrovsk region due to Russian strike.
As a result of the shelling of a depot in the Dnipropetrovsk region, two railway workers died, and three others were injured. This was reported by representatives of 'Ukrzaliznytsia.'
“We have sad news from Dnipropetrovsk. Due to the enemy shelling of the depot, two railway workers were killed. Three of our colleagues were injured, but their condition is satisfactory at the moment,” the statement said.
Additionally, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military-civil administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported that during the morning, Russian troops attacked Nikopol several times.
“As a result of the enemy shelling in Nikopol, two people were killed. This includes a 58-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman. We sincerely sympathize with the families of the deceased. Five local residents were also injured: three women (aged 67, 72, and 57) and two men (40 and 32 years old). All the injured are receiving necessary medical assistance,” Lysak reported.
Because of the shelling, a transport enterprise, several private houses, outbuildings, and vehicles were also damaged.
Please note that on November 17, Russian occupation forces carried out a massive launch of missiles of various types. According to President Zelensky, Russia launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones in total, but the air defense destroyed more than 140 aerial targets. Ukraine's Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko later reported that Russian terrorists are attacking energy system facilities across the country with missiles. As a result, emergency power outages were implemented.

As a result of the shelling in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, a residential building caught fire. “One woman who was injured was hospitalized from a residential building in the Pechersk district, where a fragment of a drone hit. Preliminary information indicates that in the apartment on the 4th floor, the walls and ceiling were damaged,” Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported.
