6 New Services Will Appear on Diia: e-Notary and Wounded Path
Soon, six new services will be launched on the 'Diia' portal, including e-Notary, Wounded Path, and Basic Social Assistance. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referring to the Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.

New Services in 'Diia'

According to inkorr.com: According to the minister, the following services will appear soon in 'Diia':

  • AI Assistant on the Diia portal, which will provide public services. The first service - income certificate, and later users will be able to receive consultations and other public services just by writing their request;
  • e-Notary. Ukrainians will be able to receive notarial services online. Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that this will improve service quality and reduce costs;
  • e-Excise. As noted by the minister, Ukraine loses about 30 billion UAH annually due to uncollected taxes on alcohol and tobacco. To solve this problem, an electronic excise stamp will be introduced, which can be checked in 'Diia' using a scanner;
  • Wounded Path. This is a comprehensive service for military personnel and their families that will allow them to go through the entire process online, without queues and unnecessary visits to institutions;
  • Basic Social Assistance - beta testing of this service will start. It will combine all social payments into one, and the application can be submitted through 'Diia' without unnecessary paperwork;
  • certificate of non-conviction with apostille. The Ministry of Internal Affairs collaborates with the ministry on the possibility of ordering this document online with delivery, which will remove the inconveniences associated with obtaining it at the address in Kyiv.

It is reminded that in 'Diia' one can receive financial support for school preparation within the framework of the state program 'School Student Package'. For this, you need to have an ID card or a foreign passport and a verified tax number (TIN).

Thanks to the new services of the 'Diia' portal, Ukrainians will be able to obtain public services more easily and quickly. The continuation of digitalization will make interaction with the government even simpler, which is especially important in the current conditions.
