In Perechin, Transcarpathia, a stork returned to its nest with the Ukrainian flag.
«Without words, it said the main thing: here is my home, my land. Even a bird knows where its heart is,» wrote Yevhen Veselsky.
Later, Veselsky explained that a pair of storks currently lives in this nest. Several other nests are located on the territory of the enterprise, and they were made by Valyo's friends.
The birds feel comfortable since the owner of the enterprise, Slovak Stefan Valyo, created conditions for frogs. Special puddles and small ponds were created.
Earlier, rescuers clearing debris from a missile strike in Sumy showed a photograph of the blue and yellow flag that survived in one of the destroyed houses.
Additionally, in Petersburg, a priest was arrested for a photograph with the Ukrainian flag.
