The law enforcement agencies of the capital, after analyzing the video materials that appeared on the internet, confirmed the fact of an unknown drone being lifted into the air.

During the day, social media users published a video showing a drone with a Russian tricolor flying over the center of Kyiv. Later, it became known that the drone had likely taken off into the sky and then crashed.

Police Reaction

Initially, the police stated that the video was a fake. In one of the messages, it was said:

‘Kyiv police checked the information that spread today on social media: it found no confirmation’

However, later law enforcement officials reported that additional checks confirmed the fact of the drone being lifted into the sky of the capital.
