Not help, but mockery. Residents of the Belgorod region received fire extinguishers from the authorities.
Vyacheslav Gladkov, the head of the Belgorod region, reported that residents of border areas received more than 9 thousand fire extinguishers to be prepared to extinguish fires after shelling.
Gladkov emphasized that in such situations, every aspect is important, so the provided assistance will be useful for the residents of border villages. This will allow them to independently contain the spread of fire after shelling, as it is often difficult for rescue vehicles to reach due to the risk of new shelling.
However, according to Russian media, one resident of the region believes that the distribution of fire extinguishers is 'mockery' rather than real help. In response to this, Gladkov noted that this idea was proposed by the residents of the village of Bezimeno.
