A fighter from the 'LNR' worked in the 'Municipal Guard' of Kyiv: an investigation into corruption.
Among the employees of the 'Municipal Guard' – 'titushki' and separatists
A former fighter of the 'LNR', Willy Perehodenko, was found among the employees of the 'Municipal Guard' in Kyiv. In addition, there were cases of investigation falsification and unpaid salaries within this municipal organization.
It was noted that Sergey Chernyshev, a former head of the police in Horlivka, became the head of the 'Municipal Guard' at the end of 2021. Civic activist Oleg Simoroz pointed out that among the employees of this organization there are 'titushki' and separatists. This raises serious concerns in the public.

It is also known that former 'LNR' fighter Willy Perehodenko works in the 'Municipal Guard' of Kyiv. The deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration explained his presence by stating that the individual provided a certificate of no criminal record without mentioning any criminal proceedings, but there was a situation where his documents were removed from the HR department late in the evening.
The permanent budget commission of the Kyiv City Council and a civic activist expressed concern that the 'Municipal Guard' may be associated with the protection of suspicious establishments, particularly the Tootsie Gentlemen's Club located in the mayor's building.
In January 2022, it was revealed that among the employees of the 'Municipal Guard' of Kyiv is a former fighter of the so-called 'LNR', as well as instances of abuses and possible connections of the organization with suspicious establishments.
