Illegal 'search' — court acquitted a man in the case against the TCC.
In the Poltava region, a man approached the local recruitment center due to some violations of military registration, but he never received a response to this. As a result, the case went to court.
The details of the case are outlined in the court decision, which was published in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
Conflict Details
The man claimed that during his registration in the 'Reserve+' app, he encountered some violations of military registration, which, he said, were pointed out by his employer.
After this, he contacted the recruitment center asking for information about the possible consequences for him. However, he never received a response.
Subsequently, the center responded to the lawsuit, stating that the man, according to their data, was wanted for violating legislation on defense and mobilization. However, the court established that there were indeed no violations.
Court Decision
The TCC was ordered to amend the data in the Unified State Register regarding the absence of violations of military registration.
Thus, the court found that the man had not violated any military registration rules and ordered the relevant authorities to revoke any administrative sanctions.
This news tells that a man from the Poltava region tried to obtain an explanation from the recruitment center regarding possible violations of military registration, but due to a confusing misunderstanding, it all led to a court hearing. However, the court found that the man had not violated anything, and he was right.
