According to UATV: A Russian drone attack struck the city of Dnipro around 11:00 PM on March 9, injuring at least ten people, including a 12-year-old child. The assault caused extensive damage to both residential buildings and the city's social infrastructure. Dnipro, a major industrial hub, has been a frequent target since the full-scale invasion began.
According to reports, ten individuals sustained injuries, with two currently under medical supervision. The explosions damaged more than ten multi-story buildings, shattering approximately one thousand windows. Educational facilities were also hit, specifically:
- a school
- a kindergarten
Roughly one hundred utility workers are on-site dealing with the aftermath of the attack.
"About a thousand windows have been blown out in the apartment blocks," stated Igor Makovtsev.This nighttime strike underscores the persistent danger faced by Dnipro's residents due to the ongoing conflict.
