By 09:00, Ukrainian air defense units had successfully intercepted 472 aerial targets, including 19 missiles and 453 drones of various types. Despite these defensive efforts, Russian forces also struck Kyiv, injuring local residents. In a separate attack, a Russian missile hit an apartment building in Kharkiv, tragically killing two children.
