According to Novyny.live: Due to ongoing power supply issues, all electric public transport in Odesa has been suspended as of February 13, 2026. To maintain essential services, the city has deployed a fleet of social service buses to carry residents. This has resulted in schedule adjustments, including on the route previously served by tram number 17. These disruptions are part of wider regional infrastructure challenges affecting daily life.
Revised Bus Timetables
Under the new schedule, the first bus from Kulikove Field departs at 06:30, with the last at 18:56. From the 14th Station of the Great Fountain, the first bus leaves at 07:02 and the last at 19:22. These changes are designed to help residents better plan their journeys during this transitional period.
- Buses on route #5 depart from Arkadia hourly from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 12:00 to 19:00.
- The first bus on route #10 is at 07:00, and the last is at 18:30.
- Route #15 buses begin service at 06:30, with a break between 12:30 and 15:00.
- Buses on route #26 run every 14–15 minutes, starting at 06:30 and ending at 19:50.
- Morning runs for route #27 are available from 06:30 to 10:30, with evening services from 15:00 to 18:00.
An information center is operational from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00, for residents to obtain the latest updates on social transport schedule changes.
