Odessa TikToker filmed TCC positions: what punishment she received for helping dodgers.
In Odessa, a woman filmed and published on TikTok the locations of the TCC's operations. Such videos could help the enemy and hinder mobilization. The accused admitted her guilt and received a penalty.
According to the investigation materials, a native of the village of Handrabury in the Ananiv district, who lives in Odessa, regularly published videos on her TikTok account from December 2024 to March 2025, showing places where employees of the territorial recruitment centers were working.
She filmed on the streets, near train stations, on highways, and even in residential areas. In the captions, she indicated specific addresses and dates. Some clips gathered thousands of views, hundreds of likes, and comments.
The investigation established that her videos allowed those subject to conscription to avoid mobilization measures, which hindered the work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in wartime conditions.
What punishment for videos with military personnel
In court, the woman fully admitted her guilt, expressed remorse, and donated money to support the army. The court found her guilty under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced her to 5 years in prison, but with a probation period of one year.
She now has to report to the probation authority and notify them of any changes in her place of residence or work.
As a result of the investigation, it was established that the woman systematically posted videos that violated the country's security and hindered mobilization measures. She was found guilty, received a certain punishment, and is obliged to comply with probation conditions.
