KMIS Survey Reveals Which Military Figures Command the Highest Trust Among Ukrainians.
Key Findings from the KMIS Poll
According to Espreso.tv: A survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KMIS) in May 2026 shows a strong net trust rating for several military leaders in Ukraine. Among those polled:
- Robert Brovdi enjoys 70% trust from respondents, with only 7% expressing distrust, giving him a net trust score of +63%.
- Valeriy Zaluzhnyi commands even greater confidence: 73% of those surveyed trust him, while 21% do not, resulting in a +52% net trust rating.
- Kyrylo Budanov also sees substantial backing, with 70% trust and 22% distrust, yielding a +48% balance.
- Andriy Biletsky has 49% trust and 12% distrust, for a net trust score of +38%.
- Oleksandr Syrskyi received 52% trust and 36% distrust, giving him a +16% net trust rating.
Separately, on June 10, KMIS released another poll identifying Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ihor Terekhov, and Mykhailo Fedorov as the politicians with the highest trust ratings among Ukrainians.

Commenting on the survey results, Anton Hrushetskyi noted:
“This reflects a significant public demand for successful military figures to lead the state after the war.”
