Pavel Durov fined for swimming in a nature reserve: what is known.
According to inkorr.com: Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, decided to swim in a forbidden lake in a national nature reserve in Kazakhstan. After that, he shared a video of his dives on his Telegram channel, where he talked about the beautiful snowy mountains and the atmosphere of ethnic music. Currently, such an offense may lead to a fine.
“This is an administrative offense, the violator faces a fine. Swimming is prohibited for everyone here. The park staff conducts horseback patrols of the area at the average lake. However, they cannot be on-site all the time, so they might not have seen him,” the park administration representatives explained.
The Kolsai Lakes are part of the national nature park, so violations of the rules here can lead to corresponding consequences under the law.
Prospects for collaboration in the IT sector with Kazakhstan
In October, Pavel Durov held important meetings in Kazakhstan, visiting a school for children and launching a Telegram AI laboratory. He also met with the President of Kazakhstan to discuss partnerships in education, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. These actions may contribute to the development of information technology and digital society in the country.
Pavel Durov's activities in Kazakhstan highlight the importance of international cooperation in the technology sector. His initiatives not only foster innovation but also strengthen ties between countries, which may lead to positive changes in education and the security of the information environment.
