Zelensky and American special envoys continue negotiations in Berlin: details of the peace plan.
According to ТСН: On December 14, negotiations regarding the US peace plan began in Berlin. Attending are the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, as well as US President's special envoys Stephen Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The negotiations will continue until December 15, starting at 12:00 Kyiv time.
After the negotiations conclude, at 14:00, Zelensky will meet with the Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and then — with the Speaker of the Bundestag Julia Klöckner.

Progress in Negotiations
On the first day of negotiations, the Ukrainian and American delegations held five-hour meetings regarding the US peace plan. Zelensky, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Hnatov, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Serhiy Kyslytsia, and Advisor to the Head of the President's Office Oleksandr Bevz also participated in discussions with Witkoff and Kushner. It has been announced that negotiations will continue on December 15.
After the meeting, Witkoff announced the achievement of 'significant progress.' The US president's special envoy noted that there were 'in-depth discussions of the 20-point peace plan' and the economic agenda.
These negotiations are taking place against the backdrop of active efforts by Ukraine and its partners to achieve stable peace, so the results of the discussions are of great importance for future cooperation between Ukraine and Western allies. The success of these meetings may significantly influence the political and economic situation in the region.
