Attack on the city
Today in the afternoon, Kharkiv was once again hit by shelling from Russian terrorists. The enemy launched a missile strike with an 'Iskander' on a densely populated residential area in the Kyiv district. The strike occurred so suddenly that the air raid alert did not have time to activate.
'Iskander' missiles destroyed a commercial-office building and led to the collapse of an entrance to a four-story residential building. The rescue operation is ongoing.
This tragedy is a consequence of yet another act of aggression aimed at the civilian population. The events in Kharkiv once again highlight the importance of ensuring safety in wartime, as such shelling causes unspeakable damage not only to infrastructure but also to the lives of people. Search and rescue operations continue, and there is hope that it will be possible to save someone else.
