Ukraine Implements Nationwide Hourly Power Outage Schedules Starting February 19.
Hourly Power Outage Schedules Across Ukraine
According to TSN.ua: Starting February 19, hourly schedules for electricity blackouts are being introduced across all regions of Ukraine. This emergency measure is a direct response to the severe damage inflicted on the country's energy infrastructure by recent Russian missile and drone attacks, which have critically undermined the stability of the power supply. These attacks are part of a wider campaign targeting Ukraine's civilian energy grid.
Outage schedules will be in effect for every region. For instance, in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, the specific schedules are currently being finalized and updated. Similar schedules are also being implemented in the Odesa region, though the precise details there are still being clarified.

Consequently, Ukrainians must prepare for electricity blackouts that will occur according to these schedules, which are effective from February 19.
The implementation of these hourly power outage schedules is a necessary response to the recent attacks on energy facilities, which have severely compromised the stability of the power infrastructure. While these measures are designed to preserve energy resources during critical periods, they inevitably cause significant disruption for households and businesses. Local energy companies will remain in control of the power supply situation and are responsible for informing the public of any changes to the schedules.
