The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, during a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky, reported that fierce battles continue in the Pokrovsky direction.

Worked for several days in a row in brigades that are defending in the Pokrovsky direction, where the most difficult situation has developed at the moment

According to him, work in the headquarters is carried out around the clock, and the military has to make unconventional decisions to strengthen the defense and repel the enemy's offensive.

The most intense battles continue on the eastern outskirts of Hrodivka, Kamianka, Krasno Yary, Novohradivtsi, and Mykhailivka

According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy is doing everything possible to break through the defense of the Ukrainian troops. However, our main goal is to strengthen the defense on the most difficult sections of the front and provide the troops with a sufficient amount of ammunition and other equipment.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also discussed the situation in the Kharkiv region with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainian troops are gradually pushing Russian armed formations out of the Kharkiv region.

Earlier, the Third Separate Assault Brigade managed to take control of the enemy's battalion defense area and advanced into the depth of the front by almost 2 square kilometers. The enemy suffered losses in manpower - three hundred people, and a lot of equipment and weapons were damaged or destroyed.
