Captured from Nova Kakhovka: How Russians forced him to fight against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to inkorr.com: Fighters of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade of Galicia in Sumy region captured two Russian soldiers. One of them, Oleksandr Losev, comes from Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson region. He recounted how the occupiers forced him to fight against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to "Glavkom", an interview with the prisoners was published on the brigade's YouTube channel.
Oleksandr stated that life under occupation was terrible. Together with his wife, they worked in the fields to survive somehow. However, he did not try to leave, as he did not want to abandon his mother. One day, four Russian soldiers came to them - they raped his wife and brutally beat Oleksandr himself. After these events, his wife died. Oleksandr, having a criminal record, was suspected of her death. He was told that Russian soldiers could not commit such atrocities, therefore, he must have killed his wife in a drunken rage. Thus he ended up in prison, where under pressure he agreed to sign a contract, as he was threatened with torture if he refused.

"I chose to sign the contract, so that at the first best opportunity I could surrender," Oleksandr claims. He also reported that his mother remained under occupation, and his daughter, who holds both Ukrainian and Russian passports, is now taking care of her.
From occupied Kherson region to the Russian army: the story of prisoners of war in Sumy region"He brought grief. Putin. Bastards. They ruined my life. Everything was fine until they appeared," Oleksandr says about the Russians.
Special operation to recruit a Russian soldier
Earlier, one of the prisoners from Kherson region told who has a good life under occupation. The military counterintelligence of the SBU, together with the troops of the 95th Air Assault Brigade, conducted a special operation to recruit one Russian soldier who, for money, supplied weapons and even "sold" a Ukrainian who switched to the enemy's side.
This news describes the tragic fate of a Ukrainian forced to become part of the Russian army during the occupation. His life became unbearable, he lost contact with his relatives and became a victim of violence. After all these events, he had to sign a contract with the enemy, yet later his intention to leave the army grew even stronger. This reflects the severe trials ordinary people endure in conditions of war and occupation, and the price of freedom and dignity in this difficult time.
