According to TSN.ua: At a meeting between the Association of Frontline Cities and Communities and ambassadors from Nordic and Baltic states, discussions centered on the recovery of Ukraine's war-affected regions, particularly the 'South 2.0' concept. This plan aims to integrate southern Ukraine into European economic systems, moving beyond simple reconstruction to a fundamental transformation.

The estimated cost to restore the Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa regions exceeds $129 billion. These four oblasts alone account for roughly one-fifth of Ukraine's total nationwide reconstruction needs, highlighting the immense scale of the challenge.
