In his address on September 10, the 930th day of Russia's invasion, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted the main directions of Ukrainian diplomacy and assessed the situation on the front.
Zelensky announced the appointment of Andriy Sybiga as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The main task of the new head of the ministry is the transformation of the Ukrainian diplomatic system to be more active in responding to challenges.
"Ukraine must be fully understood in all partner countries, especially in Europe. Ukraine needs deep relations and cooperation with the countries of Latin America, Africa, and Asia," the President emphasized.
Zelensky also emphasized the importance of expanding strategic ties with the United States and building a strategic level of cooperation with key countries in various regions.
Regarding the situation on the front, the President expressed gratitude to the Ukrainian military who are holding the defense on the Pokrovske and Kurakhove directions. "Determination is the main thing. Ukrainians have enough determination. The determination of our partners should be even greater," Zelensky stressed.
The President noted the importance of timely receipt of promised support packages from partners and called for maximum efforts every day for victory over the occupant.
