President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the need to strengthen the country's air defense. He mentioned that Ukraine has reached out to its partners for assistance in providing air defense systems.

Meanwhile, the president reported the successful testing of a new missile called 'Ruta'. He also stated that soon the 'Neptune' missile will become a real threat to the occupiers.

The United States is ready to provide the necessary equipment and training to young Ukrainian soldiers if Ukraine decides to lower the age for mobilization. This was stated by State Department spokesman Matthew Miller. He also emphasized that Ukraine must independently determine the composition of its Armed Forces.

Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk believes that reconciliation between Ukraine and Russia may occur this winter. He mentioned that Poland will actively assist in conducting negotiations when it takes over the presidency in the European Union.

The largest banks in Ukraine have signed a memorandum that imposes limits on the amount of transfers to cards. The minimum limit is 50,000 hryvnias per month. These restrictions apply to all types of transfers, including online transfers.
