TCK spokesman explained how the search for citizens who violated military accounting is carried out.
The spokesman of the Poltava Regional TCC and SP Roman Istomin explained how the authorities search for citizens who have not complied with the requirements of military accounting. According to Istomin, if a person did not provide their data to the TCC, then they are automatically not included in the search.
Still, if a person did not indicate their data, that is, did not comply with the law requirements, then the search is not automatically applied to them, at least for now. But if they did not appear for the summons, then they are included in the search, that is, a request is sent to the police. The summons root, which remains in the TCC, is attached to the request, and only after that the police conduct search actions', Istomin added.
There is no general list of people who have not updated their data in the TCC and SP. The TCC representative explained that the information is transmitted to the police for each violator separately.
After the TCC and SP military personnel send a request to the police for the delivery of the person, search actions or detention measures are carried out by law enforcement officers, Istomin explained.
Practically every law enforcement agency or law enforcement body has the right to detain a person. However, regarding detention within mobilization, in this case, the TCC military personnel cooperate with the police.
The TCC informs the police about the necessity of delivering a person to draw up a protocol for an administrative offense and subsequent actions. Within their powers, the police search, detain and deliver such a person. There are no situations where a citizen who has provided their data and complies with the requirements of military accounting is suddenly approached by a vehicle for detention without document verification, as is sometimes described in anonymous Telegram channels. All actions are carried out in accordance with the law', Istomin explained.
Technically, detention can take place in two ways: a person is stopped, for example, at a checkpoint, it is found that they are being searched by the police at the request of the TCC and SP, they are detained and taken to the institution.
The second option is when the police establish the place of residence of this person and come specially for administrative detention within their powers. In this case, there may be 'detention without document verification'. The police already know where the person is located, and document verification is not required', said TCC and SP spokesman Istomin.
It should be recalled that military-liable citizens who previously had a 'limited fit' status must undergo a re-military medical commission (MMC). This must be done by February 5, 2025, said the head of the military accounting department of the Rivne territorial recruitment and social support center Alexander Bodin during an interview with 'Suspilne'.
Earlier, 'Glavkom' reported a complete list of diseases that are the basis for the VLM decision on the unsuitability for military service and exclusion from military accounting.
By the way, if a conscript resides not at the place of registration, this does not prevent updating data in the Territorial Recruitment Centers. After entering data into the unified register by the previous registration location, the man will automatically be deregistered.
