Kyiv Prosecutor's Office demands the return of 18 million hryvnias for fictitious reconstruction of the museum.
The Podilskyi District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv is demanding through the court to recover over 18 million hryvnias paid for the reconstruction of the water supply network at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War. The investigation established that during the tender, anti-competitive coordinated actions were committed that distorted its results. The case has already been accepted for consideration by the Economic Court of Kyiv.

The Podilskyi District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv has filed a lawsuit with the Economic Court of Kyiv to declare the contract for the reconstruction of the water supply network at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War invalid. It concerns work in the Pechersk district of the capital, for which the contractor received over 18 million hryvnias from the local budget.
According to the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the actions of three companies during the tender confirm a conspiracy that violated the procurement procedure. The Prosecutor's Office demands that the contract be declared invalid and the funds returned to the state.
The Prosecutor's Office has called for the recovery of funds spent on the reconstruction of the water supply at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine due to anti-competitive actions during the tender. It is also required to declare the contract invalid and return the funds to the state as a result of the conspiracy during the procurement procedure.
