Russia is preparing for the largest rearmament of its army since the 1980s in order to be ready for a war against NATO. This was reported by the head of the ГУР Kyrylo Budanov in his interview on YouTube.
Budanov commented on his statement regarding Russia's plans to rearm for a sum of $1.1 trillion. He emphasized that the main goal of the rearmament is to prepare Russia for a possible war with NATO by 2030.
The head of the ГУР revealed that Russia plans to undermine the current security and economic order by directing significant budget funds to armament by 2030.

Budanov emphasized that enhancing Russia's military potential is also linked to regional goals. He noted that if Russia fails to capture Donetsk by the end of 2025, it would expose the enemy's plans.
