When asked by journalists what this "ritual" meant, the woman replied that it was merely a prayer to God.
"It's not a ritual, the word 'alleluia' is a prayer to God, that's all," explained the suspect's mother. She also told journalists that she was confident - "her son is not a murderer" and hoped that he would be released.
Court Decision
However, the judge decided to keep the preventive measure for the murder suspect Vyacheslav Zinchenko unchanged. He will remain in custody until November 17 of this year without the possibility of bail. Zinchenko's lawyers were denied their motion to dismiss two prosecutors in the case due to alleged friendly relations with Farion's daughter. It was previously reported that the suspect does not intend to go on a hunger strike or commit suicide.
