The strike resulted in two civilian injuries and caused significant damage, including the destruction of a kindergarten and harm to local infrastructure. A series of powerful explosions were reported in Izmail during the attack.

The injured include a 3.5-year-old girl and a 44-year-old man, both hospitalized in moderate condition.
