Russia shelled Red Cross vehicles in Donetsk region: there are dead and injured.
In the Donetsk region, a group of occupiers attacked the vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross humanitarian mission. This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the president, we currently know of three dead. Two injured are receiving necessary medical assistance.
«In this war, everything is absolutely clear: Russia brings evil, Ukraine protects life. And if someone wants to hear «both sides», in Russia it is perceived only as permission to continue killing», – the message says.
Zelensky emphasized that the international community must react harshly to Russia's actions and stand firm. «One cannot be indifferent – both for countries and for international organizations. Only together can we force Russia to stop this terror and achieve peace from Moscow», – he noted.
Recall that Russian troops shelled Borova in Kharkiv region at noon. Two people died, residential buildings were damaged by fire.
As previously reported, the Russian army attacked a residential area in the center of Konotop in the Sumy region.
Also, enemy troops continue their attempts to break through the defensive line of the AFU in the Pokrovsk direction. This morning, the occupiers launched an offensive using armored vehicles.
