Russians struck Kharkiv region: children were injured, houses are on fire.
Massive attack by Russia on Kharkiv region
Last night, Russia launched a major assault on the Kharkiv region. There are fires, there are injured. Four districts of the region came under fire. This was reported today, August 19, by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
In the past 24 hours, 16 settlements in the region were attacked.
In the Lozova community, as a result of a strike by a Russian drone, a private house caught fire. Four people were injured, including children aged 3 and 8.
Additionally, due to strikes from Russian fighter aircraft and drones, summer houses were damaged, agricultural machinery and vehicles were destroyed.
Synegubov also noted that the enemy actively used various types of weapons in the Kharkiv region:
- 3 fighter aircraft;
- 9 drones of the “Geran-2” type;
- 3 drones of the “Lancet” type;
- 4 FPV drones.

It was previously reported that the Kremenchuk and Lubny districts of the Poltava region also suffered from massive attacks by Russian troops.
As a result of the massive attack by Russia on Kharkiv region, houses, equipment and vehicles suffered serious damage. There are injured, including even children. Ukrainian military personnel remain on guard to protect the country from aggression from Russia.
