Porokh, the deputy company commander of the 'Khartyia' National Guard's 13th Operational Brigade, stated the situation remains under control, but that occupying forces continue their intense shelling of Ukrainian defensive positions. The Kharkiv region, bordering Russia, has been a focal point of intense fighting since the war's outset.

According to Porokh, Russian forces are pushing forward with ground assaults despite Ukrainian air superiority.
