Shelling of Kharkiv on October 13: hospitals damaged and massive power outages.
According to inkorr.com: On the evening of October 13, Kharkiv was shelled by Russian terrorists. The city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported that the attack occurred in the Slobidskyi district. As a result of the shelling, fires broke out in the Saltivskyi district.
It is noted that medical facilities were affected during the shelling. One of the hospitals sustained damage, and a part of the building was damaged. Information about the injured is being clarified, but it is already reported that four people were injured.
In addition, it is known that at least 12 private vehicles were damaged. The mayor also added that as a result of the strikes, three districts of Kharkiv were partially left without power supply.
Thus, the shelling of Kharkiv on October 13 led to damage to medical facilities, damage to vehicles, and temporary electricity problems in several districts of the city.
This attack is yet another tragic example of the aggression that Ukraine is experiencing. It underscores the importance of protecting the civilian population and infrastructure, as the consequences of such actions harm not only physical infrastructure but also the lives of people.
