Enemy drone strikes rescuers in Kharkiv region: one dead, five injured.
According to inkorr.com: Sad news from Kharkiv region: during the firefighting operation, one rescuer was killed, and five of his colleagues were injured. As reported by 'Hlavkom', citing data from the State Emergency Service, this tragedy occurred due to an enemy drone strike in the village of Zelenyi Hai in the Velikoburlutsk community of the Kupiansk district.
It has just become known that as a result of this strike, a military personnel was killed, whom the State Fire and Rescue Unit has lost. He was Senior Master Sergeant of the Civil Protection Service Yurii Chistyakov, who was 50 years old.
Recently, cases have also been recorded where Russian forces attacked rescuers with drones in Kherson and eliminated a firefighting unit in Druzhkivka in Donetsk region. These attacks pose an extraordinary threat to those performing important tasks in dangerous conditions.
The death of the rescuer from an enemy drone strike in Zelenyi Hai is another testament to the escalating situation in eastern Ukraine and the threat to the lives of both civilians and military personnel.
