The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Russian occupiers have seized an entire complex of resources in the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region. This was reported by the head of state in an interview with Reuters.
According to him, the aggressor controls the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Enerhodar and has begun developing manganese ores. Zelensky emphasized that the Russians are already openly discussing this in their media.
US President Donald Trump announced his intention to exchange Ukraine's rare earth metals for aid from the USA.
As part of the 'Victory Plan' presented last year, Ukraine proposed to the EU and the USA to enter into agreements on investing in uranium, titanium, and lithium extraction.
