According to TSN.ua: A critical energy facility in Chernihiv Oblast was damaged during a Russian assault, leaving 430,000 subscribers without electricity across multiple districts. The attack specifically targeted an installation operated by Chernihivoblenergo in the Nizhyn district.
Residents in the Nizhyn, Pryluky, and Chernihiv districts are now facing blackouts. As a direct result, train services on the Nizhyn-Kyiv and Chernihiv-Nizhyn routes have been delayed. In a separate incident in Donetsk region, a strike on a vehicle killed three Ukrainian energy workers. The situation remains critical, with further disruptions to the region's power grid possible.
