The assault targeted a major energy facility in the Nizhyn district of Chernihiv Oblast, resulting in power outages for 430,000 subscribers across the Nizhyn, Pryluky, and Chernihiv districts. In the city of Chernihiv, all trolleybus routes except Route 11 have been suspended due to a lack of voltage in the grid.

In Slavutych, resilience centers are operational, and both heating and water supply remain available.
