Russian strike on kindergarten in Kharkiv: number of injured increased.
According to inkorr.com: In Kharkiv, a kindergarten and neighboring buildings were damaged due to a Russian shelling in the Kholodnohirskiy district. According to the State Emergency Service, one person died. This was reported by 'Hlavkom'.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov noted that the number of injured from the attack on the kindergarten increased to ten, including a five-year-old girl. A store, a cafe, an office building, and six cars were also damaged. During the explosions, three fires broke out, the largest of which engulfed the kindergarten over an area of 500 square meters. At the time of the incident, there were 48 children in the facility, who were quickly evacuated.
About 60 rescuers, 13 units of State Emergency Service equipment, as well as psychologists, bomb disposal experts, dog handlers, police, medics, and volunteers worked on eliminating the consequences of the attack. The fires have already been extinguished, but emergency rescue operations continue.
The Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement explaining that the Russian government is repelling strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and carrying out strikes on Ukrainian territory in response to attacks by Ukrainian troops on civilian facilities in Russia. Earlier strikes in Kharkiv led to one death, however, children from the kindergarten managed to avoid tragedy by hiding in a shelter.
