Ukraine Marks Constitution Day

According to UATV: Ukraine observed Constitution Day on June 28, marking the 30th anniversary of the country’s foundational legal document. On this symbolic occasion, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi emphasized the critical importance of defending both the Constitution and Ukraine’s sovereignty.

Syrskyi stated that today, every member of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stands as a guardian of the Constitution, its values, and its principles. He noted that the future of the nation is being decided on the front lines of the fight for freedom.

'The future of our state is being decided on the front line of the struggle for freedom, and the courage of Ukrainian soldiers ensures the Constitution operates, protects citizens’ rights, and upholds Ukraine’s sovereignty.' Oleksandr Syrskyi
