Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, explained that in the conditions of defense one cannot win a war. However, he emphasized that the Ukrainian military has an advantage in technology. He stated this in an interview with the program 'TSN Week'.

No matter how much you defend yourself, you will still have to retreat. And we are forced to hold the defense and concentrate our forces practically along the entire front line, - noted the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

After that, journalist Andrii Tsapliienko asked Syrskyi how Ukraine can conduct offensive actions given Russia's advantage in manpower, armored vehicles, and aviation.

We must use what we have an advantage in, - replied the general.

Syrskyi noted that Ukraine was the first in the world to create a Drone Systems Force and continues to develop robotic platforms. He also emphasized that Ukraine previously manufactured control systems for surface-to-air missile systems.

We have the capacity and capability to create our own domestic air defense complex. I hope that in terms of characteristics it will be no worse than the Patriot, - Syrskyi stressed.
