According to ТСН: Tangerines are a true symbol of the New Year's holidays, however doctors warn: excessive consumption can negatively affect weight and health.
These fruits are rich in vitamin C – in 100 g (one or two tangerines) there are approximately 44% of the daily norm of this vitamin. In addition, tangerines contain vitamins A, K, E and B group, although in smaller amounts. Among minerals, potassium (5% of the daily norm) leads, which helps reduce swelling and blood pressure.
