After a virtual meeting of world leaders on supporting Ukraine, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that Russia must take steps to achieve peace. He emphasized that Ukraine needs a fair and lasting resolution to the conflict. The German leader also stressed the intention to continue supporting Ukraine together with European and international partners.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer reported that the efforts of the 'coalition of the willing' are moving into an operational phase. This Thursday, a meeting of military officials will take place in the United Kingdom to plan measures that could strengthen a future peace agreement.
