Fines from Ukraine's Military Recruitment Centers Now Payable via 'Reserve+' App: Amounts and Deadlines Explained.
Paying Fines Through the 'Reserve+' App
According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian citizens, including those living abroad, can now settle fines issued by Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCCs) using the 'Reserve+' mobile application. Failure to pay a fine may lead to enforcement actions, such as being placed on a wanted list.
TCC fines range from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias. Starting April 17, 2025, a new option allows offenders to pay only half of the fine amount. For instance, a fine of 8,500 hryvnias represents 50% of the full penalty, and payment must be completed within 20 days.
How to Appeal a Fine
The TCC has two weeks to review a request for acknowledgment of a violation. This means individuals who believe a fine was issued in error can submit an appeal for reconsideration.
“You can have the fine removed by either appealing it or paying it.”

It is crucial to understand that non-payment of a fine can lead to serious consequences, including being declared wanted. This highlights the importance of responding promptly to any fines received, either by paying them or filing an appeal.
The introduction of fine payments through the 'Reserve+' mobile app simplifies the process for citizens, enabling them to act more quickly on imposed penalties. An equally important feature is the possibility of appeal, which may reduce the number of cases where individuals disagree with TCC decisions. Since failing to pay fines can result in severe legal repercussions, it is essential for Ukrainians to be fully aware of their rights and obligations in this area.
