Vladimir's imprisonment term has been extended

According to inkorr.com: The district court in Warsaw has concluded a session during which a decision was made to extend the imprisonment term of Ukrainian Vladimir by 40 days. He is suspected in Germany of blowing up the gas pipeline 'Nord Stream'. This was reported by 'Glavkom' referring to RMF24.

The court considered the prosecutor's motion to extend the imprisonment term of the suspect to 100 days, but made a decision only for 40. Regarding the possible extradition to Germany, the final decision will be made after the court reviews the documents provided by the German side. They have 100 days for that.

A few dozen people gathered in front of the court, protesting against the arrest of the Ukrainian and demanding his release. They carried Polish and Ukrainian flags, as well as banners with slogans in support of the suspect.
The law firm representing the man has also been collecting signatures in his support. According to the defender of the Ukrainian, they gathered over 2,000.

Arrest of the Ukrainian

Earlier, the German federal prosecutor's office reported the detention of Ukrainian citizen Vladimir in Poland on suspicion of involvement in the sabotage of the Russian pipelines 'Nord Stream-1' and 'Nord Stream-2' in September 2022. The arrest took place on September 30, 2025, near Warsaw on the basis of a European arrest warrant issued in June 2024.

Thus, Vladimir's case continues to generate significant resonance. The court session that took place once again emphasizes the importance of interstate cooperation in criminal matters, as well as highlights the support the suspect receives from his loved ones and concerned individuals.
